Found this guy on an awesome civil war website. Done on a couple lunch breaks. The idea of breaking a form down is becoming my mission. I'm coming to the conclusion that when I work I really want to stay more focused on the task at hand and not wander off into my unconscience state I love so very much. I want to learn how to control that and balance it. I might need meds to do that....lol

update

Update on an old project. I am really getting comfortable with some of the brushes in z-brush so I'm very happy. Starting to really feel a way to get the clay down. Oh and babe I love you!!!!

I really hope you guys enjoy these. They are sketches to determine layout and composition. I must have done 60 of these washes/painter sketches and nothing was working. I could not go to bed without one more try and I came up with these in which I was a lot happier. These were inspired by an artist who I have been following for some time now. His name is Nathan Fowkes. He is a true master.
