Pen sketches from the hospital

First off it is so frigin good to be home with the family together. Emily is doing fantastic and we go for our follow up in early Feb. Watching are little girl fight to get better for 2 months straight has made me a different man. She is only 11 months old but has already taught me so much. If my wife wasn't such a big help during all of this I really don't know how I would have made it through. I love you babe.

These sketches were done during the late nights awake at the hospital. I worked on technical drawing, penmanship and one point perspective a lot during this time and had many drawings to edit through. These are the ones I enjoyed. My wife actually picked most of them. Happy to be home and blogging again!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. me to Jarrod!!!!!!!! We smile with overwhelming emotions when we see her smile. Thanks for the comment Ted. I watched a video by Scott Robertson and got really inspired to work on some fundamentals. He talked about penmanship which I found very interesting.
